Objectives Of The Resort
Velhe Taluka is now renowned as a forthcoming agro tourism place near Pune in the lapse of the Sahyadri Mountain Range. Being known as a historical place, Velhe Taluka is gifted with a wide range of forests and the natural biodiversity. An elegant combination of the different environments of Konkan and Mahabaleshwar has made this place a prime location of choice to visit by the tourists.
Unfortunately, there are no promising facilities to cater to the needs of the visitors. With a aim to make their tours a comfortable one, Mango Forest Agro Tourism along with the native people have made an effort to make up a krushi paryatan Kendra. With the proper guidance of MTDC, the resort is now set up to cater to the needs of the masses.

Fruit Farms
The main objective of the Krushi Paryatan Kendra is to inculcate in the tourist full brief information about the farms and their allied activities. For the same reason, nearly about 80 thousand fruit trees are to be planted with drip irrigation facilities.
Agro Based Dairy Farm
The dairy industry along with the agriculture business leads to the prosperity of the farms since the dairy industry is the rich source of organic natural manure for the farms.
Farm Nature
Natural beauty is the main theme on which our resort is set up. Lying in the lapse of the Sahyadri Mountains besides the Gunjawani river and surrounded with many waterfalls and creeks, the place here seems to be as a heaven on earth.

This weekend resort in Pune lies at the foothills of Torana fort and in the vicinity of Rajgad fort. The great Maratha warrior “ Tanaji Malusare ”, have made the madhe ghat a well known historical location. Therefore this place will be of great worship for the historians and the enthusiasts too. Nobody ever has made such a wide narration of the Velhe Taluka as a forthcoming hill station and a tourist place to visit and explore the beautiful nature.
